FAQs
When does the conference begin and end?
Session 1 begins on Friday, September 25th at 7 PM, with registration opening at 5:45PM. Grace City Conference will conclude after the Saturday Night Session on September 26th, which starts at 7PM. A full schedule of conference will stay up to date here.
Can I purchase a partial pass if I can’t make it for the entire weekend?
Single Night Passes are available for $25 or a Night Pass for both nights can be purchased for $50. Those are the partial passes available for conference weekend. Register early to ensure the best price!
Is Kids Ministry available during Conference Weekend?
Grace City Kids Conference is a fun, faith-filled experience designed just for kids, happening alongside Grace City Conference. While you’re in the main sessions, your kids will enjoy engaging worship, teaching, and activities created to help them grow in their faith. Conference is for the whole family!
Kids Conference will be available for just $15 per child, ranging from 3 Months – 5th Grade.
Is there a Student Rate?
At Grace City Conference, we’ve got an experience for all of our Youth & College Students, including reserved seating, an exclusive Youth & College Breakout, a special gift, a Youth After Party, Young Adult Dinner, and more!

Will there be a Mother’s Room available at Grace City Conference?
Yes! Mothers are invited to utilize our Mother’s Room. Our team will be available to guide you to its location.
Will there be food available on-site during the lunch break?
We will have local food trucks available on-site so that you can stay close by between the morning sessions and breakouts. A full list of our vendors and their menu will be available closer to conference weekend.
We would like to stay and attend church on Sunday. What services are available, and where will services be held?
We would love for you to join us for one of our Sunday services at Grace City Church. Services will occur at 9:00 AM, 10:45 AM, and 12:30 PM.
Are there group rates available?
We’d love to host your group at Grace City Conference. Groups between 10-19 people will receive $10 off of each registration. Groups of 20+ will receive $15 off of each registration. Email conference@gracecity.com if you’re interested in bringing your group!
Can I register at the door?
Yes! We will have registration available at the door. However, our best rates will be made available before the day of conference. Price will jump for the last time on September 25th.
