Grace City Missions exists to lead our city and our world into a life-transforming relationship with Jesus Christ.

We love our city and our world through relationships. We are intentional about who we partner with as we serve compassionately and consistently in order to restore individuals and ourselves into right relationship with God, others, creation, and self.

Using basic hygiene training as an entry point to visit with different houses in the villages, our team helped gather important data about the physical and spiritual needs of the people. The data collected allows our partner Mission of Hope to measure their effectiveness in saturating the villages of Haiti with the Gospel, and they leverage the information for meeting the needs of the people to bring life transformation. The team went from house to house training each one in basic hygiene, engaging the residents in normal conversation, assessing the living conditions, collecting important demographic information, sharing the gospel, and obtaining GPS coordinates of the homes.

This team worked with an independent missionary, Tori Rasmussen, who has committed his life to doing ministry on the island of Mafia, Tanzania. Ministry included: distributing one Arabic & Swahili Bible for each house in all the neighborhoods in the main town of Kilindoni, helping to improve the conditions of the mission base in Kilindoni by engaging in construction related works around the base, and hosting a soccer tournament involving all of the villages on the Island of Mafia.

Honduras (1).jpg

The team partnered with missionary Cindy Sharpless and Instituto El Rey in Rio Viejo, Honduras to teach english and engage in construction projects. They worked to provide an opportunity for quality education in a Christian environment that will reach the poor in rural villages of the Cangrejal Valley.

The team joined missionaries from around the world for 1Nation1Day. 1Nation1Day was the largest global missions outreach in history, gathering 5,000 passionate missionaries from over 360 teams holding over 5,400 outreaches, 15 stadium events in every major stadium, and ministry in specific areas around the country all in 10 days in the beautiful country of Peru.
